-Roughed-in electrical and plumbing for a future wet bar is located behind the home theater area.

Other Features:
-Landscaping with concrete curbing and large trees. A large deck in the back yard had to be removed so much of the back yard is now a blank canvas for you to create your perfect setting.
-Back yard is wired for a Hot Tub and hot tub pad is set into the ground. There is a hot tub there, but I am unable to warrant is condition or functionality as it hasn't been used in years.
-Front yard has automated sprinklers. System has room to add the back yard in the future.
