UPDATE! 8/11 10:45pm We are currently completely booked for tours of the home this weekend and have several people on waiting list (you know if you're one of them if I replied to your original inquiry!). We plan to make decision by end of the weekend as we need a lease signed and the security deposit no later than this upcoming Tuesday. We have some flexibility in the rental start date between Oct 15th and Oct 21st.

We ask that if you already have a tour scheduled and are seriously interested in the home, that you submit an application as those who have submitted their application will be prioritized.



We also ask that after you view the home in person, you take the time to go back to your home and send us an email letting us know whether you're still interested in the property. What you'll enjoy:

Two story townhouse with 2 bedrooms (very large master bedroom) and 1.5 bathrooms for rent.

Upstairs bath feels like a sauna with stones surrounding the shower walls and jacuzzi jets in the tub (very relaxing!). The vanity also has two sinks.

Gorgeous trees change colors year round and excellent home for dog owners to enjoy walking the neighborhood! Also walking distance to Ponderosa Park.

Hardwood floor in most home, tile in kitchen and bathrooms. Bedrooms have new cellular blinds (installed in 2022).

Will be freshly painted (white) before new tenants move in

Central AC and heat!

Washer & dryer in the unit (plus on site laundry room). In-house washer/dryer will possibly be replaced and updated before new tenant, although both currently in working condition.

Updated kitchen with granite countertop, pasta arm, and NEW water filter installed at sink Nov 2021. We may be replacing dishwasher and fridge before new tenants move in (not guaranteed since both currently in working condition). Much more open space between kitchen and dining area than comparable units in neighborhood.
