A newer sunroom has been added to the rear of the house. Paneled space for third bedroom and office area on 2nd floor. The unfinished basement is where you will see the original 1940 wiring and fuse box. If the furnace is not original, it's darn close! The roof was reshingled about 5 years ago. There are updated windows, but wood trim needs attention. The yard is approximately 50x142 and slopes down to the rear. A nice little house for someone to update! Please note there is no parking on the street in front of the house.
