This is a 1978 Bendix mobile home in the John Wayne Dr trailer park between Kaliste Saloom Rd and Verot School Rd on the south side of town. It could use some updating/remodel but it's currently livable as is.

The lot rent is $240 per month with water included. This area doesn't flood at all. It's near everything: restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores, schools, gyms, post offices, hospitals, etc.

Includes stove, 2-year-old refrigerator, two window air-conditioners, microwave, and a shed with electric hookups. The roof and water heater were replaced about 4 years ago.

The water line to the bathtub is currently disconnected and capped off, but the shower in the other room works. There is some water damage in the flooring around the shower. The central air conditioner doesn't blow cold, but the window air conditioners work well.

The price is firm, but it drops a few hundred dollars every week on Tuesday. Keep following this listing for the current price. I'm not offering rent-to-own, but you are welcome to get your own financing.

    "There are many families around here and a reasonable number of parks to amuse the young ones. Park maintenance is pretty awesome with only a scattered couple being in less than desirable locations. The sense of community is dependent on when and how often one chooses to engage with their neighbor but I’ve never met an unfriendly one. Animals are loved, but cats seem a little pervasive with fewer stray dogs. The individuals that do have dogs are rather lax with leashing policies and picking up their dogs poop though- likely due to the fact that no neighbor complains at seeing an off leash dog in the neighborhood. Otherwise it’s a great place to live. "
