The yard is very nice and there are flowers starting to bloom around the home. There is an oversized, detached two car garage. The property extends behind the garage. The owner had a vegetable garden there. The home has gas heat and central air on the 1st floor only. Baseboard heat is on the 2nd floor. All the windows have been replaced.     "The variety of activities you could find in my area is impeccable, one day could be completely quiet and calm. The following few days could be full of kids running around playing , which is not a bad thing, kind of brightens your day in a sense to see kids still enjoying basketball hoops in driveways and courtyards to play kickball. I will also say the night life could be full of cars getting broken into, messed with , and fights on occasion, very unique i’d say, being a 20 second drive from allentown to get here . "
