"It’s nice and small and has everything you need nearby, grocery stores, food places, etc, but a bit over populated. They are building houses and buildings where there is barely any room for any and it’s tiring. All the house are 800,000-1,500,000$ so it is hard to move. It is a good neighborhood but is going down hill. Everything would be perfect if they changed those few things."

"It’s very diverse, small but has everything you need to make a good town! It’s very fun and easy to get used to if you have just moved. I do think prices are definitely to high for a small houses because it’s so hard to move or get a nice house now days unless it’s for a 800,000-1,000,000 $. "
