"The neighbor is terrifying and approaching being apocalyptic. There are gangs and guns and gangs with guns-gun violence. There are syringes in the streets and yards, guns discarded in ditches, prowlers picking from abandoned houses and someone shot on every block. In short, GET OUT. "
