About this House

This is 5 acres right in the middle of Cibolo, yet secluded up on the hill.

The wrap around front porch is perfect to sit on the porch swing and ponder the world and your place in it.

2 rooms upstairs. We used one as a large library/play room and the other as an office

Not included in the square footage is a large, enclosed, screened porch for entertaining. (19'6" x 20')

The fireplace mantle is well over a 100 years old. It came out of the Prince William Motel in Brandon, Manitoba Canada about 30 years ago after the hotel had been closed for decades. It was refinished and installed here. (Have paperwork to support this).

The breeze is always blowing up on this hill.

This property is located OUTSIDE of the city limits of Cibolo. The fence is the line. Animals ok. (Not big enough for Ag. exemption)

The house on one side is a place that used to be an Arabian Horse farm.

The house has been updated with new carpet, sinks, paint, some flooring, etc.

House and property sold "as Is."

Will pay 3% buyers commission to a realtor, but you can save the 3% and I will do the paperwork. (Not sure how it works?.... contact me).

I have been flipping houses, doing the paperwork myself to get the best deals for both parties. This house is not a flip. I have lived in this house and raised my children. Children gone. Moved to a house 1/2 this size in New Braunfels.

The school district is very good (our daughter got a full academic scholarship to college after graduating from Steele), there is a fabulous HEB around the corner, and downtown Cibolo is really developing into a great place to eat and drink."
