Neighbors have lived in the area for many years; quiet, country setting and only minutes from "town." House is in good shape; new floor put in Oct 2024 and 2 new toilets; new metal roof added a few years back. Storm windows, tied down for tornados, no leaks; solid house; needs minor repairs to kitchen shelves underneath sink; microwave needs to be leveled. House was bought new in 1980, has had the same owner to present day.
