"Very nice older part of downtown. Most homes and yards are well maintained. I see occasional vagrants roll through from the downtown area, and more renters moving in, but overall it is a nice, quiet neighborhood. "

"The location is great! Close to downtown, farmers Market, shopping, and freeways! I really love having easy access to the bike path. The neighbors and friendly and look out for one another. The neighborhood is a hidden gem. "
