  • Trulia User
"Kids And Mothers Shouldn’t Be Just Outside Here Drama From Here To There But If Your Premises Has Camera Or A Security Your Fine"
  • Trulia User
"It’s a very beautiful and nice quiet community I would love to raise kids here. The park is definitely a vibe "
  • Trulia User
"The neighbors watch what goes on and look out for each other. The neighbors notify and cooperate with the police. I have lived in this community for over twenty one years and have watched the changing demographics. The neighborhood was very diverse with senior citizens and incoming new families with young children. Those children grew up and those neighbors are retired now. Some sold their homes and moved to warmer climates. Some sold their home and moved in with their children. Some sold their homes and went to senior citizen housing. Some passed on and their children sold their houses. Twenty years ago, we started a neighborhood association (block club). Everyone in the community do not have a block club, but the ones that do or did had more involvement and a greater sense of community. All the neighbors knew each other and looked out for each other. "
  • Trulia User
"The are is family influenced. Everyone knows everyone. Crime is a factor, however it is a safe place to live and grow a family. "
  • Trulia User

"There is no Parking available unless you make it home before 4:00 pm.. everyone looks out for each other children and the school is very good they really care about the kids.. all of the single family homes have more than three cars parked on each block even though they have a garage and a drive up.. this makes things more Dudu out for others "
  • Joleena R.
"Dogs constantly barking and one neighbor keeps there dog outside all day and until 9ish while it’s freezing outside. Every person who walks by or small thing the dog barks. Some days naps are impossible here!"
  • Chazma5587

"It’s not a very safe area to live in especially at night. I would not trick or treat here, leave cars unlocked, house door unlocked or would not let my kids play outside alone. So far, the area is cleaning up and more friendlier neighbors are moving in."
  • Msannmac
"The commute is great ! We have the train and bus excess 24 hours! I personally don’t use public transportation, I drive. But the neighbors here have 4 to 5 families living in their houses and apartment, with more than 3 cars each! Parking is terrible!"
  • Samanthawright1216
