6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a sophomore in the band program at mesa high. I would like to say I enjoy this school but there needs to be some updates. The school board focuses on student athletics, don't get me wrong but there are so many other great programs at this school, for example, our clubs, the performing arts program, our AP classes, our FAFSA program, etc... But here's the thing teachers are great, except the students, but the board does not. I will say that I was not doing ok mentally but we have our awesome social workers, and they will help. This school also helps with getting college credits early WE have the ACE program and many dual enrollment classes. One thing I wish they did is to give the band a senior poster, because other schools do it, all of the sports have senior posters, so why can't we? The seniors put in lots of hard work for what they do. The teachers here are great I just wish the school board would focus on other things than sports. 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageRobson will call the police on your children for for no reason and also not call u to tell you and punish your child the whole day. Also the police will call u later to tell u about it even tho they did not and the police will let u know they should not have called and your child did nothing wrong.
