It is located in the Quitman School District. Located 9 miles from the La Tech Campus. And is also within miles of GSU. It is 7 miles from downtown Ruston off of highway 167.

The neighbors are quiet and friendly. And the property it is located on is beautiful.

The space is available for rent immediately. A deposit of $725 will be required.

The lawn is managed by the landlord. A $15 fee for water should be paid in addition to the $725 monthly rent.

Wow! I can't believe all the negative comments about QHS. I was a student K-12th grade. Many QHS grads I know made a wonderful life after QHS, including my husband and I. We are a small country town and that makes for a small school. If you have that much to complain about, send your kids somewhere else. You don't mind giving QHS a bad name but you sit on your behind doing nothing about it! Mr. Shovan is a wonderful hardworking christian man. If there is anything to fuss about it should be the mess that Bertha Robinson left for him to clean up. Other than that, its a good place to grow up. The teacher that was talked about in Jr. High being rude and mean to students, she is gone. I know exactly the one you are talking about....pretty sure her name was Michelle....

"The lack of dog parks. There aren’t many places to take your dog for excessive or play time. Also walking dogs in the sidewalk is also sketchy. Some of the sidewalks end at random points. "

"Good neighborhood, I’ve been in Ruston for about two and a half years. It’s a lot of college kids but parties aren’t rampant like you would think, they mostly happen in fraternity houses. Where I live is quiet and nice, with a lot of new construction. Roads are pretty bad but other than that it’s a nice place to live."
