"Neighbors look out for each other and you can’t beat the location for access to Galloway Trail, shopping, a variety of churches, restaurants and yet you can see the occasional deer or fox when you’re close to the green space. "

"I have lived in the Southern Hills Place Neighborhood for 4 years. The people are very friendly and the area is quite. The Greenways Trail is about 1 mile away and highway access is nearby. Great location!"

"Twice a year our neighborhood as a children’s parade and potluck for anyone who would like to participate. The parades take place on July 4 and Halloween. "

"This is a quiet area for the most part. We have good access to public transportation via bus service. This is nearby to shopping and major highways. It's mostly older subdivisions with mature trees and landscaping. "
