Description

Permanently attached to a highly durable 8x20 tandem axle trailer (14k lbs load rating and approx weight being only 9k lbs), the Dreamaker offers 260 sq ft of luxury tiny living. The structure is wood frame, with glue every where wood touches wood, including the exterior plywood (not osb) to every stud and rafter! It is insulated with 100% recycled denim that has been treated for fungi resistant as well as fire resistant, formaldehyde and VOC free. The entry door is located at the rear end and once you step in you meet the living room with handscraped hardwood floors. The lower walls have beaded wainscoting white washed and above, a smooth finish, lightweight drywall. The two being split by a custom routed chair rail. The main ceiling is a white pine beaded tounge & groove, with a golden pecan finish. Step up the stairs to the left and you'll find a few cubbie holes that are built in the risers for knick knacks or books. Just under the stairs is the laundry room with an RCA washer/dryer combo unit along with more storages around. The master loft is at the top of the stairs with a window and a beautiful shou sugi ban hard wood floor. Hidden in the floor is a smugglers chest. At the other end of the trailer (where the entry is) is another loft large enough for a twin size mattress, and doubles as a porch above the front door. The kitchen has a 10 cu ft refrigerator, huge sink, and a 4 burner stove top with an oven (3/4 size). There is also custom southern pine base and upper cabinets with lots of storage space. The kitchen ceiling is exposed joists with a shou sugi ban finish. To the left of the kitchen is the bathroom separated by a uniquely designed, sliding cabinet door. Inside is a large shower decorated with tile, and a flush toilet with a window above the side. When you're showering, no need to worry about hot water. We have structured a special "mechanical room" that holds a gas tankless instant water heater, heating 2.7 gallons per minute! Also in the mechanical room is an RV power supply hook up, and a cubbie that holds shovels, rakes, and axes! The Dreamaker supplies air conditioning with a 7500 btu ac unit and 3800 btu supplemental heater for the cool days. The exterior has a vinyl siding to provide a low maintenance and easy cleaning. The roof is wrapped with a radiant barrier layer under a radiant painted steel and the floor has a radiant barrier as well to provide efficient cooling and heating.
