Long Beach passes for private beach, beach chairs and umbrella provided. Short walk to Long Island railroad and many restaurants & shops. Just bring your clothes and relax in the sun. Rent is $7000 for month of June $10,000 for month of July $10,000 for month of August.

Some dog owners are not responsible and leave dog waste in plastic bags on or in front of buildings and or other peoples property which is so disrespectful. Some dog owners are good and properly dispose their dogs waste. "
