"This area has a high crime rate. I don’t know how well you would like to walk around this Neighbourhood with your animals. I know I wouldn’t but you know if you can’t really afford anything else. This is the only neighborhood that you can afford to live in."

"The amount of addicts and homeless per stop light is truly a sight to see. With one knocking on your car window to the other starring you down when you’re trying to just look ahead is amazing. "

"I've lived in this neighborhood for 10 years. This neighborhood has peaceful nights. During the morning you barely hear anyone they have all left early for work, those who are around are cleaning snow or mowing the lawn, depending the season, It has truly been the most amazing neighborhood I have had the privilege to live in."

"The dogs in the area all seem friendly. However the small grass area off of Coral St. that is supposed to be for dogs to go to the bathroom doesn’t have a trash can. So it is very messy and not comfortable to be there."

"I have been staying with family and do not know much about neighborhood events, nor have seen or heard of any. Neighborhood is not one in which I would chose as it is poorly maintained, have had belongings left on porch stolen and isn’t safe to walk alone, being a petite female "

"Commute ok, but I was hoping the road is a lil bit better than I expected. People walking there dogs don’t know how to clean after their dog waste. I find that pretty annoying when I walk on the side walk and see dog poop. People need to know how to pick up after the dog waste."
