-Smoking prohibited inside the home. House-trained dogs only. No untrained puppies. (Damages caused by pets will be the responsibility of the tenant)
-If lease needs to be broken early, two months rent will need to be paid upfront, with a minimum 30 day notice
-Renters insurance will be required upon signing
-Will not accept tenants with prior evictions

The downtown area does a two-block Christmas light display in the winter and has a small outdoor skating rink. We have multiple lavender festivals and craft fairs and a yearly county fair."
