Description

We have just purchased a new home in Eagle Idaho. We will be offering the home for rent as a "no pet" home since it is brand new and most pets wouldn't know that. We like the floor plan and location of the parcel because there will never be any homes built directly behind. As shown in the photos there is a berm that forms a broad rear buffer and the closest homes behind ours are on the other side of a street that adds to the width of the buffer. The berm is owned by the HOA as open space and we hope to have trees planted to offer greater privacy.

Our new home is called a CBH "Hermosa" with 1841 square feet of well planned living space including 3 bedrooms and a bonus/flex room upstairs and living room dining room and kitchen downstairs. Laundry is upstairs just outside the flex room that is next to the master bedroom, making the flex room perfect for a nursery, toddler's room or play room.

We believe Eagle is a great place to live and raise kids because of its calm, quaint small town atmosphere with a population around 23,000. The CBH Homes Cedarfield subdivision, home of the home, is conveniently located for anyone in need of city life with that country feel, close to highway 55 for that daily commute, for convenient quick access to shopping or those needed runs out of town.

Walk or ride a bike to the Boise Greenbelt. Even handier is Stephen C. Guerber park just steps away with its half mile walkway around the perimeter, together with playground equipment, splash pad, a baseball/softball field and three or more soccer fields.
