House was built in the 30s (though some say 50s), but it's a home that has been loved since I took ownership in 2003. Put in asphalt driveway, gutter guard, converted from oil to gas heat and central A/C in 2005/2006, put an addition that added a master bedroom, with master bathroom that contains garden tub and full sized, stacked washer dryer, updated electrical box and a sunroom, a deck/porch that goes from back of the house to the driveway, tore out and started fresh yard, with low maintenance flower beds, new stockade fence added in 2014 and a 8 by 8 shed, new windows in the original part of the home, blown in insulation on the main floor, total renovation of original bathroom, added a closet in the hallway and more recently a total renovation of the kitchen, which includes grey cabinets, new LG appliance suite that includes door-in-door, side by side, counter depth refrigerator, gas, convection, easy clean stove, over range, convection microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal, led recessed lighting and fan. Also, replaced all the floors with luxury vinyl plank, easy care for, lifetime warranty. Porches, front, side and back have been replaced with trex type materials (summer 2022), for easy maintenance and total roof replacement, including the wood in January 2023.
