Tenant pays all utilities ( water/sewer, electric, cable, gas for heating and trash removal) prefer no smoking in property. no HUD. The third floor rooms are NOT to be used as a bedroom(s). Each applicant 18 or older must fill out a separate rental application, provide a current credit report(s) (minimum 680 score), provide work and previous housing references. The minimum income requirement is $4800/month in TAKE HOME PAY. You must be able to show the proper documentation/pay stubs etc and provide a copy(s) of a valid ID.
