Lovely and cozy little home. When people enter for the first time they say how much it feels like a home. The solid 3/4 inch hardwood flooring (no allergies here) and the tea room yellow walls with white accent trim and semi sweet chocolate brown cabinets give it a warm welcoming feel. Granite tops in the kitchen with a built-in Dacor wall oven, Bosch cooktop and Bosch dishwasher (to keep things quiet) make cooking a delight. Both bedrooms are good size.     "It’s nice to have events close by at the Fairplex, and there are a lot of great public/community resources available throughout Pomona— specifically public health. Our neighborhood, specifically, does not do any organized events, and I generally spend my time outside of Pomona (grocery shopping/errands in La Verne, San Dimas, or Glendora, and work in Orange County) because many parts of Pomona are NOT safe at all and I don’t feel comfortable taking my family anywhere in town."
