"There are so many kids in the neighborhood! I feel safe enough to let my kids play outside with the door open. The schools are great! My kids love the parks and going fishing right around the corner! We are also only fifteen to twenty minutes from the beach! Be aware of reckless teenage drivers. During holidays the fireworks are awesome in our neighborhood! Rent is very high for wages in the area and I wouldn’t approve of my child working at many restaurants around here."

"easter egg hunts, 4 of july parade and.fireworks, new years fireworks, street parties, halloween, community yard sales every 3 or 4 months. "

"Big shaded Oak trees, Smaller then any town we have just one store on the Bells River with dirt roads I played in when I was only 5 years old or younger and I love the peace and quiet with no engines running only the sound of dogs barking while children play and still play in the dirty roads Walking around pools of water. I can also smell bombfires burning at night while we roasted marshmallows and hotdogs, I see my neighbors doing the same thing and you can still smell breakfast cooking throughout the area on weekends."

"no homeowners associations. great neighbors. easy access to both Jacksonville, the airport and Fernandina beach. new hospital just 10 minutes away."
