Description

This area of the city is called Old Town which is St. Augustine's oldest and most historic district dating back to the 1500s. The house first appeared on the city map records in 1796 and was surrounded at that time by the adjoining open land. There are no specific records to indicate when it was converted from a single family home to a two family with the original open porches enclosed to make the bedrooms.

The apartment was completely gutted and rebuilt in 2017.

All adults must complete a rental application, be listed on the lease as a resident and have full liability to fulfill all terms and conditions of the lease. A lease guarantor will be accepted
Tenant must secure rental insurance
 Maximum capacity 2 ADULTS
No pets
 Rent is due the 1st of the month and late after the 5th of the month. Late fee of $20 per day will apply after the 5th
 Apartment will be professionally cleaned and serviced prior to move-in including comprehensive pest control
No smoking permitted anywhere in the apartment or on the property and grounds
 Any service or repairs will be handled within 24 hours or 48 hours over weekend/holidays
 Vehicles cannot be washed using house water
