This building is fairly new, is wired, has some cabinets and counters, is finished inside and has a bathroom that I am currently adding a nice shower in. It also has its separate hot water heater. The shower and hot water tank are being installed at this time. This way you have two full baths on the property. This building was built for a previous owner to operate a retail wood shop for building custom cabinets. The sides and rear of the home has a 4 foot chain link fence around it. You access all the rear amenities of this property by a paved alley from the street. And to top that off, there is a church yard directly behind the property and my property is about the only users of the alley. There is even 5 paved parking spots in the rear that no one but we use. This place begs to be utilized by a person who might have a small business to operate in the back or you could actually turn that great building into a huge bedroom for that teenage boy. That is what my grandson wants me to do for him. Added to all this is its very easy to access the highway, Services and shopping is nearby.
