This quiet townhouse is within ~5 minutes drive of the 101 and 51. It is located in North Phoenix, close to the Mountain preserves, and ~20 minute drive to downtown Phoenix and Sky Harbor airport. The townhouse includes access to two well-maintained community pools and green belt walkway.

It includes a walled-in back patio with a mature fruiting orange tree and young lemon tree. An attached two-car garage leads into a kitchen with relatively new appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer/ice-maker, electric stove with induction burners, microwave. There is plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen as well as a walk-in pantry. There is a desk and kitchen table area adjacent to the kitchen.

The master bedroom has a walk-in closet as well as an additional sliding-mirrored-door closet. The master bath includes his-and-hers sinks and a bathroom with walk-in shower.

There are two additional equally-sized bedrooms with closets which share a full-bathroom.

There is also a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer in the townhouse.

Pets are welcome!

The property is ready for move in and the owner is looking for move-in no later than May 1st. The owner pays for water, sewer, trash and HOA fees. The owner has a 3.6kW rooftop solar energy system which is included with the townhouse. While the owner lived at the unit for 4+ years, the average APS utility bill was $20 per month (this will vary based on how much electricity is used). The renter is responsible for APS electricity monthly bills. No smoking is allowed inside of the townhouse. Up to 2 pets are allowed with owner's approval.
