Route 31 will take you from the intersection McMicken & McMillian right up to the corner of campus. The street is a quiet dead end street with plenty of on street parking. 10 minute walk to The Vanguard, which will be on UC's private shuttle bus route.

Garbage and Recycling included in the rent. Gas and Electric and Water Bills to be put in tenants name.
