About this House

Completely Remodeled, Move-In Ready & Packed with Potential!

Welcome to 2422 E 115th St—where charm meets totally dialed-in design. This 3-bed, 1-bath beauty has been reimagined from the ground up and now shines with fresh style, modern upgrades, and backyard vibes that’ll have you hosting in no time.

Inside, you’ll find 1,213 sq ft of light-filled living space wrapped in crisp white paint and warm white oak-style luxury vinyl floors. The brand-new kitchen is a total standout with stainless steel appliances, butcher block counters, and classic white shaker cabinets. The bathroom? Spa-inspired, with a quartz-topped vanity and sleek matte black accents that hit all the right notes.

Comfort is key, and this home delivers with ceiling fans and window A/C units in every room—because cool and cozy shouldn’t be optional. There’s even a separate laundry room to keep the everyday stuff out of sight and stress-free.

Step outside to a yard that’s part hangout haven, part opportunity zone. Picture this: a pergola with string café lights, lush-looking artificial turf, and a detached garage with serious ADU potential. Need an office, guest suite, gym, or future income stream? It’s all in play here.

Freshly painted inside and out, with a brand-new roof overhead and style for days—this home is ready for your next chapter.

"It’s absolutely gorgeous! I’m ever so grateful "
  • Northridge resident
"The closest freeway on-ramp is about 15 minutes away and almost everything requires a commute. Nothing is centrally located and the area is much hotter than other parts of the valley. I’ve lived in the San Fernando Valley for almost 50 years in different parts and this is, by far, my least favorite area to live. "
  • Seth Horan
    "Wide streets, nice trees. "
  • Palopez
"Dog owners would enjoy varied routes for daily walks. Very little grass, often preferred by dogs for various reasons."
  • Tawny Payton
"Safe, clean. Close to nice shops. Amazing schools "
  • Misha H.

  • Ararmstrong

  • Angent Michael
"Whether it’s driven by the historic architecture, the walkability to daily essentials, or the strong bonds forged between longtime residents, these elements create a distinct local character. The uniqueness of an area usually stems from a combination of these elements: neighborhoods often feature resident-led initiatives, community gardens, or local events that foster strong connectio"

"I’ve lived in Los Angeles County my whole life. There are great, safe locations and not-so-safe ones. As an 20-year-old I started living alone in a studio apartment in Studio City. Never had any issues. My biggest recommendation, get a place that has gated parking or else you might find your catalytic concert stolen!"
  • H7gjgkznp4
"We’re close enough to the entrance to the 101 at both Canoga and Topanga Canyon. To be convenient but far enough not to be noisy or dangerous. "
  • Reuben Walton

  • Melorin
"Most of the events are held at topanga mall. You can see their calendar online. For trick or treating we go to calabasas and also Agoura Hills. "
  • Jose
"lots of different neighberhoods here, it's difficult to raise grounded kids here, not for the feint of heart, but beautiful place to live full of life"
  • Zambranab16
"The area is great and the neighborhood is normal good quality persons here many parks schools and safety places for child’s and everybody "
  • Abelardo Romero
"Small streets and there are not too many food vendors which would be nice to have. Also we need more cafes !!"
  • Amy Kang
"There are not enough sidewalks and most people don’t walk outside. And the weather is much too hot. "
  • Cissy Worstell
"Not the most walkable neighborhood but it's cleaner than most. But a lot of people walk their dog and have kids."
  • Roberto Schein
"What your kids. It can be safe, but you can’t assume that it’s always safe. It’s your responsibility to make sure your kids stay safe. "
  • Mike
"Toluca Lake is a village. Residents can walk to buy their groceries, shop for gifts or or grab coffee with friends. The village makes it easier to meet people. We have great restaurants too. Halloween is a very big deal here. Houses are so beautifully decorated, trick or treaters come from other communities just to enjoy the spectacle. We have an annual Turkey Trot at Thanksgiving, a Christmas Open House and a Christmas Eve truck full of carolers. And there really is a lake in Toluca Lake. It’s just takes a little maneuvering to catch a glimpse of it."
  • Svipkhaiko73
"Merry Christmas , 4 July, fitness, market, park, shopping center, school, library, movie theatre , music, banks, restaurants "
  • A Bunny Moore
"I love Ktown it reminds me of my home away from home been here for over 8 years in Ktown after moving around Hollywood and the valley and once I got to Ktown I feel so welcomed by the community and I love it so much"
