There are two wooded sections of this property that are across the road from the main section with the buildings. They had milked cows here in 2009. For the 2015 crop year this tillable land is rented to a crop farmer. Two houses, the first is a 1,080 square foot, modular ranch home with full basement. This home has a one car garage, and three bedrooms and one bathroom. The basement has a garage door on the end, and has the washer / dryer hookup. Heat is oil, hot air, and it has central air. This home has a tenant in it presently. The second home is a 2,576 square foot, two story frame home with 5-6 bedrooms, and 1 and 1/2 bathroom. This home is not being lived in, and needs some work. This was a fancy home when it was built with dark wood work, pocket doors, and custom features. This home has a newer roof, but need considerable work to make it liveable.There is a 30' X 48' pole barn shop with concrete floor and some insulation. It has a 14' roll up door, and 220 power. There is a modern side feeding, three sided heifer barn. This has concrete floor, one hydrant and a frost free waterer. It has one sections of headlocks, and could be made into pens. It is 30' X 70' in size and has a concrete manure pad. There is a 54' X 80' , side feeding loafing barn with concrete floor. This is close to the dairy complex. The dairy complex is in need of considerable work and some roofing needs re screwed. The loose housing barn is about 40' X 110' , and attached to it is a 40' X 40' holding area. This is mostly a bedded pack housing system, but there are 19 free stalls in a lean to area attached to the original free stall barn, near the loafing barn. The old bank barn is about 52' X 52' with an attached 32' X 68' covered feeding area with a power feeder and 40' feed bunk. I n this bank barn is a double 5, step up, walk through milking system with Zimmerman stalls. The milk house is about 12' X 27' with a stainless steel pipeline, water pre heater, 1000 gallon bulk tank and 5 hp. vacuum pump. There are three upright silos, two are 18' X 60' and the smaller is a 14'X 40'. There is a 40' X 72' three sided, dirt floor equipment shed behind the barns. There is a 40' X 40' two story bank barn used for storage. There are various other outbuildings that need repaired or torn down. Some of the woods was timbered heavily, but much of it has nice timber growing. This land lays nicely for farming, and there is a lot of road frontage. The buildings are back a long lane, Carribean Road. This is not a through road and at one time may have been a township road. This property offers lots of opportunities for the farmer to use for crop, dairy, or other livestock enterprises. It is about 5-10 minutes from Everett and about 15-20 minutes to Bedford. This is a large, unique farm, and a real opportunity for someone who wants to fix up the buildings or construct new ag buildings. Directions: From Breezewood, go West on Rt. 30, about 6 miles and take the Everett Exit, and go West on business Rt. 30 through Everett and turn left on West 5th Street, this is on the Western edge of town. Go across the river bridge, and turn right on the first road, which is Black Valley Road, stay on Black Valley Road for about four miles and this farm will be on your rig
