    "This is a friendly neighborhood where neighbors watch out for each other. The police department and fire department are excellent and the area is kept beautifully clean. There are several parks in this small community, including French Park. It is minutes away from Interstate #75 and the Ronald Reagan Highway and 15-20 minutes from downtown. The houses are not on top of one another and people care about the appearance of their house and their grounds."
