About this House

Perfect starter home, investment property, or downsizing opportunity in a quiet neighborhood just blocks from downtown Tillamook. This well-maintained 2-bedroom, 1-bath home has seen numerous updates over the years. A comprehensive remodel in the early 1990s included new wiring, plumbing, custom cabinetry, vinyl windows, and HardiePlank siding, followed by a new roof in 2008. Since then, the current owner has added attractive laminate flooring throughout, fresh interior paint, updated countertops and installed new appliances giving the home a clean, move-in-ready feel. Outside, you'll find a fully fenced backyard and an attached carport with ample off-street parking. Comfortable, affordable, and conveniently located close to shopping, schools, and downtown amenities. Schedule your showing today!

"all the events we have all year round.. there's so much to do and nice people to visit. there is a lot of history in this town."
  • Tillamook traveler
"Everyone has a dog and most walk them at the beach or bay. Dogs seem to be part of everyone’s lifestyle here. "
  • Ruby71975
"Tillamook takes some getting used to. It is a small town. services are limited. things are expensive. "
  • Patricia P.
"nice quiet neighborhood, not very many families with children mostly elderly. Safe and very quiet. Mostly people keep to themselves. Nice friendly neighborhood. Hones are not that old. Well maintained homes. clean neighborhood. I enjoyed living here. "
  • Ruby71975
"the June Dairy parade and the Fair are a big deal. During the summer we have a weekly movie night in a local park and the Farmers Market every Saturday."
  • Bigmamablaze
"I have lived near this neighborhood. I resided at 4th & Birch for three years. That is my target neighborhood. This is near my target neighborhood. I actually know some of the history of this house. Back in the day, this house was the hired hand home and the neighboring house was the main house in a farm, no longer there, obviously. At one time, this neighborhood was farm land. Many historical stories are attached to this home and neighborhood. The elders that have the knowledge of this history are dying. Whom ever owns these properties, I would encourage to seek out the elders/ keepers of wisdom and record their stories before it’s too late. J"
  • Nisknight
"I drive to town and work every day. One of my kids can walk to school while the other needs a ride. It's not like it's a very far drive but you still need to drive in most cases "
  • Ruby71975
"This is a small Dairy town. Elementary grades are divided in to three schools. then we have a Jr. High School and High School."
  • Julie B.
"I feel safe in this neighborhood. My immediate neighbors and my family are very friendly and cordial. My child has many playmates to play with. There is a dry cleaner on our street. There is a grocery store, banks, credit unions, dentist, and library within walking distance. Also a YMCA and an elementary school nearby. The best Dr. in town has his clinic on our street and the hospital is near here. It doesn't get much better than this location. Most of the people on this street keep their yards nice. Everyone, save an occasional grouch, is very neighborly. I am very happy here, and I do highly recommend this neighborhod."
  • Tcb503
"With not only miles of beach to explore, it also has the bayocean spit for many outdoor activities like hiking, dog walking, horse back riding, exploring. There is also Lake Meares for fresh water fishing, Tillamook Bay and the Cape Meares Lighthouse, all within walking distance. What a unique, beautiful area!"
  • Steve
"Would not be desirable to live there year round. To much loud traffic. Water could flood. "
