The Coventry community center is within walking distance offering a community building (rentable), park, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and baseball fields, all just a few minutes' walk away. There are multiple restaurants/bars, state parks, grocery, shopping, and Turkeyfoot golf links in close proximity to the house. Very fun active area. Monthly rent includes gas, electric, water, sewer, weekly trash pickup, with bi-weekly recycling and WiFi. The unit is fully furnished with a bedroom suite, living room furniture, refrigerator, stove, and microwave.

There is no smoking in the unit there is another tenant upstairs. The tenant is responsible for snow removal unless they want to pay for removal. There's concrete driveway access for 2x cars for tenant use.
