Reservation deposit is $2950. This money becomes your first month's rent when you move in.

I am going on vacation for October 1 to 31, 2022, and I would like a very quiet, non-smoking person (not persons) with no pets to live in my beautiful home for 31 days.

FURNISHED private large guest suite in a single family home with an interior and exterior security system, on a large residential lot. A fully turnkey Guest Suite with kitchen, dining area, king adjustable/ vibrating bed, full living room and office with zoom light and high speed internet. Beautiful yard with BBQ in a safe cul-de-sac street with driveway parking.

Includes Housekeeping, utilities, internet, streaming services, 4 Roku televisions.

This unit is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac street with 12 homes. Very large beautiful yard and driveway parking. Two miles from the beach, east of El Camino Real walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping at the Shoppes of Carlsbad Mall. Centrally located between San Diego and Orange County close to the 5 and 78 freeway.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all pots and pans, gas stove top, toaster oven, microwave and refrigerator. Dishes, utensils, and all accessories are included.

Bedroom looks out over the beautiful back yard. Indoor and outdoor dining table. Closet and dresser.

Separate living with private entrance at the front door and garage door. Washer and dryer is in the garage. Restriction on overnight guests. I will only rent to one person I have met in person and has the appropriate credit score and income. Must depart October 31, 2022 by noon.

Call Wendee, owner at for appointment to see after you fill out the Zillow application for $29. Available only from October 1-31.

Many people ask why I cannot take a couple. Here is the reason why. There is an Airbnb unit that is adjacent to the bedroom of this unit. A woman who is a Doctor lives there. For consideration purposes, I do not want "noise" and conversation coming out of this bedroom into her unit; therefore No couples. Thank you for your understanding.

One Month Lease Details
Month-to-month agreement with a 31 day minimum and maximum.
Rent is $2950 per month.
Refundable Deposit is $2000.
Non-refundable cleaning fee is $195.
$29 for Zillow background check and credit report
Will need a copy of the driver's license and picture.
California rental agreement is needed to rent.
Renter's insurance with $300,000 liability with owner as interested party.
Must have a credit score 720 or above and proof of income.
You will be required to share your drivers license, have a picture taken, fill out an the Zillow application for $29.

A renter's Insurance from any insurer with $300K Liability is required to move in as well a copy of your DL, Credit report, completed application, proof of income, month to month lease, and your picture.

Because of the parking situation, this is for one person and one car with a non-commercial vehicle.
