    "I used to live in Tonganoxie. The police pull you over for nothing at all. The city hall sets a quota for how many tickets have to be issued each month. Very unfriendly town as for as neighbors go. They act as though they are in Johnson County instead of in the middle of nowhere. What few businesses there are, they are run down. There is a good doctor in town. "
