  • Craisha Wims
"I made the wrong move when I moved her street to busy noisy dark and dangerous. Neighbor are nasty and filthy. They don’t care about their surroundings. They don’t pick up after their dogs they trashed the neighborhood."
  • Andrealprinzo
"There are really good areas for kids and really bad areas too. Just like in any city. Research schools also, some are much better than others. "
  • Kendrick Smith
"It’s okay if you know what it is that the area provides which is a good balance of both good and bad"
  • Trulia User
"We have a very nice neighborhood. However there is a public boat ramp. There is always construction going on as well. Renovations and new. The lake is beautiful Fourth of July is celebrated on the lake The national Forrest is across the street "
  • Kiara Ann Manayaga
"Everything is accessible and a lot of people are accommodating especially in terms of helping one another. "
  • Jmtrammell05
"I’ve lived in this area since 2018 and a very family friendly neighborhood. Everyone is nice and welcoming of new neighbors "
  • Jmtrammell05
"Very nice and family friendly place to live. Quiet area with great neighbors and a good place to walk your dogs."
  • Dbrown32311
"We are dog owners and feel safe walking our dogs, especially now that Alachua Ave has sidewalks. It would be helpful to have dog waste stations placed in the neighborhood. It might encourage people to pick up their dog’s poop. "
  • Fabiola Antoine
"The public transport system is pretty reliable if you’re in the student areas, otherwise it doesn’t really cover all areas of Tallahassee which makes sense."
  • Charlottebull1
"Good schools and nice neighborhoods parks and recreation are great local activities for families and good people who want to be part of the community "
  • Brittany T.
"I've lived in this neighborhood for more than three years and I love it . Folks are very friendly and kind , most importantly , individuals look out for you , considering you being a great , truthful , respectful and dedicated individual along with your family to the neighborhood community. The area Lake Bradford is a great area to live in also , because you have all the shopping centers , schools , and work opportunities surrounding you , within walking distance... It also carries a church named : Christ Town Ministries .. Signed By : Brittany L Thomas - Richardson"
  • Dylan C.
"Just moved here. It’s chill. Thee are plenty of cool bars and restaurants. Everyone is friendly most of the time"
  • Anthony
"The commute is decent depending on where you are going and the side of town you live on. The city is constantly growing so commutes will becoming shorter in the long run but with this being a college town probably mean more traffic and immature people being in the same place at the same time."
  • Jpkennedy
"Even on days with heavy traffic, commuting is usually easy. Unless you live downtown though, being a pedestrian is not always the easiest thing to be"
  • L G
"The neighborhood is too small for anything more than a potty walk for a dog. To exercise your dog you must drive somewhere else. The main road is too busy and has no sidewalk so leaving the neighborhood on foot for exercise is not possible. "
  • Queenbeautymila
"It’s a great family area and college area. This isn’t like south Florida glam but it is comfortable, safe, easy living. "
  • Jjfishback
"4th of July fireworks at the lake at the golf course, lots of trick-or-treats in Halloween, Friday nights before FSU home game neighborhood gathering, cars and coffee"
  • Jessicarobinson080
"I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 3 years and there is always a lot Of traffic and someone broke into my car and stole my wallet "
  • Queenbeautymila
"It’s family oriented, slow paced, friendly, easy living. Some good neighborhoods are Piney Z, Killearn, and Southwood. "
  • Brooke
"Everything is 15-25 mins away. Tallahassee is small but its not bad for traffic. I live bwt both hospitals so good for finding work. "
  • Jvburnette96
"They’d love it. People who hate dog poo or stepping in dog poo will absolutely hate it. There are tons of dog parks around the city now though so I guess that’s a plus"
  • Heather D.
"Gated community with weekly breakfasts, lunches and community concerts provided... wonderful community events "
  • Nichole R.
"Horrible lots of bumpy roads long way to anywhere no kids for my kids to play with dogs barking constantly unfriendly neighbors no street lights "
  • Heartwarminghomes
"Lots of traffic when you pull out of the neighborhood but the neighborhood itself is cool because it has parks and looks like a country road right in the middle of the city. Also it’s county property which is good for utilities and taxes. "
  • Uctrice81
"Juneteenth, FAMU Homecoming, Jazz in the Park Festival, FSU Homecoming, Southside Festival and much much more."
  • Derrick G. .
"Lived in this neighborhood for almost 4 years. It’s quiet, safe and convenient to things I need to get to without having to always go into town. "
  • Irina D.
"I live 5 years here and like it. Beautiful, quite and good neighbors. Clean, good connection to all roads."
  • Rcsllrt
"There are none that I know of. I still love living here. It is a diverse, nice and safe neighborhood. "
  • Derrick G. .
"Convenient location and lots of local shops, restaurants, quiet neighborhoods, friendly people. Small town feel right outside of the city’s chaos. Great schools in the area. "
  • Joanna L.
"Not great, I wouldn't recommend it. Cars FLY down this street and it's dangerous for young children."
  • Kenneth M.
"parades and festivals, contests, games, religious celebrations. Tallahassee is big on celebrating diversity, BLM movement, Pride, etc"
  • M X.
"It’s diversity and friendliness. Arbor Hill is an affordable neighborhood for this side of town. It’s nestled right near Killearn which allows us access to many of their amenities without the need to pay for their HOA"
  • Keon P.
"its a safe well known area. Where everybody knows everybody, and everyone extend a helping hand. pretty quiet"
  • Jordan G.
"No it’s a college town and it’s very rowdy I like one block from the stadium of FSU... only good when it’s not game day"
  • Ashley B.
"They would like that many people walk their dogs every day from couples to families. This neighborhood is pretty quiet. "
  • Thehowardhomestead
"I never see anyone walking dogs here, to dangerous. cars drive way to fast for anyone to walk here. "
  • Okstanleycnmt
"We don’t have community events in my neighborhood. I think they only have those in the nice neighborhoods "
