What more do you need to convince you to live here in Vallejo, CA. where the costs of housing accomodations are about 20 % lower than El Sobrante, San Leandro, Oakland ,Alameda , Berkeley ,Pinole or San Francisco, and the Crime rate security is better than Oakland, Richmond , Alameda , San Leandro & San Francisco."
