5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school is very unfair when it comes down to special academics for kids when a kid has to be chose or picked you can believe a black one will not be picked first they will always be more white kids picked over black kids they shove you right on out of the room the teachers are terrible the higher the grades go the worst the teachers get I have two grandkids here at the school second grade and 4th grade and the teachers is getting worse and worse they yell at your kids like they don't have kids of Their Own and then when you try to straighten everything out the principal tries to step in and say something in a matter of still don't get handled so what difference does it make they selectively pick whoever they want to pick for field trips to come in the school and do anything I don't care for the school anymore my grandkids been here 3 years and for 3 years everything I signed her up for she's never picked but she was the first child that handed in the permission slip when the permission step clearly stated the first 25 and she was the first person I don't care for 66 people that signed up behind her she was the first person that signed that slip and she still didn't get paid but that's okay I will not participate in doing anything else in this school not to mention they that they are adult teachers hug on kids no not cool don't touch my child but then you got the other people that's standing there watching it saying oh I was wondering if the kids knew them hey how about this why didn't you ask the kids I turned around when I found out and came back to the school and went right inside the building and went off don't touch my and if you call that being safe in here I don't I'm done with Cleve Hill ElementaryParent Review1y ago8 Reviews - Cleveland Hill Middle School

"I have lived at shady acres 10 plus years. It went from a happy fun loving comfortable place to live with hundreds of trees ,great people and respectful neighbors. That all changed once harmony communities bought the place . Once they bought it you are not treated like a tenant you are treated like property, they have made up rules on the fly , purposely fine you without any notification increase rent to the max every year with no justification, try to implement illegal extra charges . The management is a dictatorship along with his boss who will never call you back on a complaint or fix any bad situation. Horrible place to live, Horrible management. "

"I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 30 years. Even though it has what’s considered a Buffalo zip, it’s actually in the Town of Tonawanda. Good schools, great Town services. The neighborhood is very diverse, I’m white and a lesbian. We have “traditional” white families and also many new homeowners are immigrants from around the world. There’s a new playground in the area also a Boys & Girls Club that is great for after school care. We are within walking distance of the Niagara River with easy access to both the 190 and 290 expressways "

"Lots of walking routes and plenty of small park areas. High population means for more dog encounters for friendly pups but also more sniffing spots for those that prefer to avoid leash meetings with others."
