This school had great opportunity, however it fails to provide a proper academic environment for its students. I would not rate their academics very high because the teachers do not seemed involved in what they are teaching. It mostly appears their only target is to trudge through the curriculum. As an ACTUAL student, I have met and seen many teachers who seem annoyed/negative whilst teaching. They are usually not very upbeat or enthusiastic in the classroom. For clubs & activities, the school seems to try. They have a few activities annually, but not very many different clubs. The school does offer technology, but it is mostly logged and limited. The school and its teachers struggle to drag their students to test standards. They are just another product of the chaotic school system in the United States. The administration and teachers have biases and they do not handle situations properly.(The reviews from parents that love this school are the parents of the athletes because I can tell you from experience that those are the only kids that are treated well and get the "easy" grades. They like to show off those kids and so they and their families receive special treatment. The rest of us are treated differently and do NOT make the JH principal mad, she will target you and all her teacher-friends will too.)
