It is large enough to accommodate many seating options.  On the main floor you will also find an office area and dining room with tray ceiling.  Both rooms have beautiful crown moulding.  The downstairs bedroom has a large closet and a private entrance into the full bath.  The metal baluster front hall staircase leads upstairs to 4 more bedrooms. When you enter the Master bedroom, you will be impressed with its spaciousness and flexibility.  There is a large sitting area that could be used as an office, tv area, or just a quiet place to enjoy a good book. The master bath is equally spacious with a large garden tub, ceramic tile shower, and linen closet. The Walk-in closet has plenty of room as well. Upstairs Bedroom #2 has its own private bath and can accommodate even a king-sized bed.  The other two 2nd Floor bedrooms share a full bathroom with double sinks and a separate toilet and tub/shower area.
Out back is a fenced yard with mature trees, a new 16'X10" shed, and a raised bed garden. New Roof in 2017 and new main floor HVAC installed in June 2023.  Great location with quick access to The Parkway, GSP, Michelin, I-85 and downtown Greenville. Located in Riverside School District.
