The property is within walking distance of shops, universities, churches, restaurants, attractions, and a private parking area in downtown St. Augustine.

Every future tenant will have an extensive background check, and we prefer a credit score of 600 and above, but we are willing to work with you depending on the situation. Pets are not allowed. This is a perfect opportunity to enjoy a charming apartment in the Ancient City!
