Its oonly 12 min to newark airport and 40 min to jfk, School district is excellent as all our children have been to all the schools in the neighborhood starting from Lemon Tree preschool to Susan Wagner High School. It is a very safe neighborhood and all our neighbor watch out for one another. Once you are in this neighborhood you will not want to be any where else unless you plan on retiring and moving to a warmer state. The mall is only 3 miles away and supermarkets are close by . Hope this is of use to you if you are planning on buying a home in this neighborhood of Manor Heights. "
