About The Property:
A truly unique light filled full-floor apartment in the most interesting and fun block in Bushwick. Two full bedrooms, a smaller kid's bedroom and an extra pull-out couch area! Also a super social kitchen/dining, that opens to a living room, making a really comfortable and airy hang-out space. Half a block from the L and a few more from the M trains (Union Square 20 mins away!) The apartment has two full bedrooms, each with a queen bed (one with morning light and the other with evening light whichever you prefer). One room has an additional comfy pull-out sofa for 2 extra guests, and then there's a smaller single bedroom (max 7 people). In the middle you'll find an open kitchen, dining, living area great for hanging out with friends, and also lots of light from the above skylight.

To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month's rent

All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
