There is bamboo flooring though out the main living area and hallways. From the back deck you will have views of your peaceful and private .69 acres! This lawn really is amazing! All appliances including washer, dryer and refrigerator remain with acceptable offer. Panorama Farm is just off Wade Hampton and Hwy 14 and has a very low annual hoa (approx $50/year per the seller.) Very convenient to shopping and dining and downtown historic Greer.
