The kitchen will have a new stainless steel range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. This unit still retains some of the 50's architecture with the arched entry into the living room and dining room areas. New entry doors and replacement windows. Full basement for storage with concrete floor. This unit has a new gas furnace and central air conditioning. Owner has replaced rear porch area and steps with trex decking and treated lumber for the handrails. Includes a new washer and dryer.
