Any prior evictions or lease violations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable California laws.

Credit Criteria:
A minimum credit score of approximately 650 is preferred. All applications will be evaluated based on overall creditworthiness, including payment history, outstanding debt, and financial responsibility.

Co-Signer / Guarantors:
Applicants are generally evaluated based on their own qualifications. Guarantors may not be accepted for this property.

Payment Policy:
All payments are applied in accordance with standard accounting practices. No special priority is given to advance or partial payments.

Pets:
Service animals and emotional support animals are accepted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
