- One parking spot in driveway plus plenty of street parking directly in front of the property. We are considering installing an electrical vehicle (EV) charger accessible from the driveway for renters with EV's which would be $75/mo. for full access if needed
- On site washer & dryer on side yard (shared with one other person)
$125 per month for utilities. Minimum 6 month lease. One small dog or indoor cat would be considered upon providing more information. There will be an additional pet fee of $50 per month.
