This vintage home is located across from The Briscoe-Garner Museum in Old Town Subdivision & is rich in the history of Uvalde. It has been featured in many history books & recent PBS show Cactus Jack. Built in a tradition of days gone by with beautiful hardwood floors under the carpet in most rooms,there are large, airy rooms with very high ceilings & good storage throughout. Many large windows dominate the home. The back living area is mostly windows and has a wood burning fireplace. There is a large garage in the back & a storage building.
