"it's trashy, full of homeless, and cars speed down residential streets. garbage everywhere. Houses are falling apart. stray dogs everywhere. high crime"

"There is bus transportation in the neighborhood but it is a 5-10:minute walk to the bus top and the there are bus stops that do not have side walks and the street is busy I drive"
