4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagei understand that a long time ago teachers at this school use to care about all kids and be willing to help them. that is not the case now. though there may be a few there. some just there for a cck. and if you child has something like autism they do not stand a chance. no resource class but they are getting ipads for teachers . no real help for kids with even high functioning autism. they choose to push you to put your child in a setting where they are in a classroom all day. classrooms are full. the principal is like a car salesman. he told us that our child would have what he needed more than once but get there and it not even close. talk to some at school board they tell you what you want to hear and say they will do something and you hear no more. you are lucky if you get someone to talk to. and not just get pushed off to someone else.. sorry but this is all true and then some. not hearsay it happend was not good for my child at all. he lost what faith he had in school just shut down. we had to leave there asap.Parent Review13y ago - McIntosh County Academy
