Nuestra experiencia en la escuela es excelente. Somos una familia nueva en la zona, llegamos de Argentina hace poco, hemos sido muy bien recibidos, desde la gente en Secretaría, Asistente Social, Profesores, todos son excelentes, gente muy profesional, serios, respetuosos con los alumnos y con los padres. Ha sido una gran experiencia, muy positiva. No dude un insatnte en inscribir a sus hijos en esta escuela, será una gran oportunidad para ellos.Estamos muy agradecidos.

Overall, the schools are fine, but I’m surprised by how much emphasis is placed on i-Ready. It doesn’t truly measure a student’s abilities or subject knowledge. While I understand that some standardized tests, like the IAR, can serve a purpose, I’d honestly prefer to see those phased out as well.With i-Ready in particular, students spend too much time on computers and end up less engaged. I’ve seen bright students simply click through the lessons because they don’t care, while others become anxious and take it far too seriously. Instead of leaning so heavily on platforms like i-Ready, Salt Creek should focus more on directly engaging with students and giving attention where it’s most needed—especially since the student population is small. Less “homework” on i-Ready and more meaningful interaction would make a real difference.

Excellent school, diverse, respectful, offers wonerful learning opportunities. Dan Krause is one of the best principals we have ever met. He genuinely cares about the students at the school and welcomes every opportunity to interact with them and help in any way possible. The students are very respectful of one another, good social and emotional support and cooperation. Students are encouraged to achieve academically but also to exhibit kindness, compassion and empathy. Great environment at this school.
